	2006.08.19  15.45 Remember me??? We're still friends, right?? Man, I have to tell you that seriously training this Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was fun... But now that I actually met Pedro Sauer... He's just too cool. And he's funny. Listening to him speak about techniques and propers was pure entertainment. I have a lot of lotsa alot, mucho respect for him and how gracious he was to us. He just strolled in and was cool and relaxed... just too cool! OH, BY THE WAY! ThassssRIGHT! I'm back on LJ, baby! And I have a thesaurus, so I might just use a big word. Y'all niggas can't stop my incredible journaling ability! Here's a quick rundown of my life since November of 2005(my last update): - I am training still and won't stop - I had a girlfriend, but don't now! What a waste of my time and $ - My girlfriend is still living in my apartment, but won't be for long - I got fired from one job, got another, but am hearing rumors that membership is signing a petition for my return!! HOW F-in COOL! - I still have a 3-legged cat - I had a motorcycle, but my dad sold it cuz he needed the money - I just bought a new membership to Gold's Gym. For all you bodybuilder friends, you may see some new pics as I try to cut weight from 190 to 180 and add about 10lbs of lean ground beef or boneless chuck... whichever is best in stew. I am stretching out my lats and am targeting my thighs for quick mass! - World cup sucked, america: come on guys. - I work with two gay guys and two gay girls. It's like an HBO series over there. - I am in the works to buy a house, but as finances look up to now, I may wait until taxes come in so I have more to put down. Oh yeah! Good luck to me, please! - My martial arts instructor was signed as an official affiliate of Pedro Sauer(suh-weet) - Hughes and Gracie. Upset, yes. - My friend from the marines is getting married. Dave and I are to be his best men. He's flying us to Indiana for ceremonies... Maybe bachelor party(ies)??? -I like goldfish the snack, bananas the fruit, and Glade clean linen the air feshener. 	2005.04.27  11.41 New job, new salary, new turkey waddle????? i am wearing a HAT I talked to BOB Tuesday and got a job supervising a restaurant at the Peace Center called Renee's. Sweet! Job acquired. I took Fiona and we played around The Falls at Reedy River. (for those who don't know, it's a cool new bridge built over a river and falls with little park area in downtown G-ville). It was so fun. Dave was there. The story gets better! Fiona and I were running across the bridge and passed these four hot girls. They thought Fiona was soooo cute. She was! Being with her is like having a puppy! Girls love it! So then Dave comes slowly behind and the girls ask him to take a picture. Done! So we run s'more and then go down into the river. The girls previously metioned are below the falls and I want to take Nonners on the ledge of the falls. SO DAVE says "no, it's pretty slick Rob." SPLOOOOSH!!!!! IN HE GOES! Good thing there was a film crew on the bridge at this point that happened to capture Dave live and the girls happened to be taking a picture of the falls where I was sitting with the Nonners and a wet-legged Dave! Priceless! I start the job Friday and will no doubt work my ass off and be proud! I cleaned out my car and it's dirty again- one day!? One day?! I need more tanning on my bow-dee. It's muchly the nondark of color. REMINDER! Give money to the A/C fund for Sifu. REMINDER! Muffins spelled backwards is sniffum. REMINDER! Get stuff because I have money! It's necessary. Today I spoil me! I need spoilins'!!

	2005.04.22  11.34 boutta do it gonna go do some training course on this new computer system. 'Onesite' It's the same system I was using with the last management team, they just changed everything around. It'd be the same if someone took all your bedroom furniture and rearranged it. Still the same, you recognize it, but where the hell is everything!? Tomorrow kicks off our resident appreciation week. Crystal called me yesterday... hmm... still wantin' lunch or some kinda fling?? ewwk. A prior resident just came back to gather his belongings and claimed that a guitar and a computer(tower, monitor, and desk) were stolen. We had a little employee meeting in which Amy called the cops out to search all the on-site employess' apartments since no one spoke up and admitted it. Then they said there's nothing they can do and we in management are not responsible as he had been gone for more than thirty days. dramadon! I love the song 'Collide' by Howie Day, and that was a random and pointless expression. I didn't go to the gym today. I woke up at 5:00, and sat around for twenty minutes but Christina's alarm never went off. Christina- I'm sorry, but you gotta wake yourself up. I'm not going to do it because you are irritable and grum-frumpy when you are woken and I'd rather not put myself in that situation. I still want to work out. WOW! Ever since the sun has been- all comin' out and everything- my skin looks GREAT! BUT MY ALLERGIES... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I'm like a broken faucet- drippin' outta control! I was sneezing on the phone yesterday while trying to encourage someone to come out and look at our apartments... He sounded (sarcasm) enthused. BOO! Well, I agreed to work a party at the Country Club tonight and Saturday night. Extra Cash. SWEET! AND, oh, AND!!! AND!!!!!!!!! BOB MUNICH called me the other day with an incredible career opportunity! He's taken over some part of the Peace Center and wants me to be his manager!!!!!!!!! Holy Crap! I have the potential to make it HAPPEN! If it works the way I want it too, I could be making between $35,000 and $43,000/year!! That's about a ten thousand dollar salary increase! Woopwoop!! 	2005.04.21  11.41 short, like an asian girl I met Rachel: she's going to be in the office doing massages on Tuesday. HAAWT!(sung high pitched and all) ouch, a freaky kinda haawwwt! Beautiful eyes(green?), cute dress, right past shoulder-length crinkly dirty blonde hair, small(but kinda buff from giving a bazillion massages) frame, three earrings in the right, a nose ring, tattoo on her ankle. I'm not a creep, I'm just observant! She wasn't wearing a wedding band, but my luck is she's got five kids with two daddies and something else that would mean she's never going to go bowling with me... hahahahahaha bowling! 	2005.04.21  08.22 Yeah, yup, yeeeah, mmmhmm, uhuh, ahhuh, yezz I am at work. Early. Early. I stayed at dad's house last night. Good. Dinner, good. Sister: on her way back to Texas today. Little sister: not ready for parenthood. Nope. This week is Resident appreciation week at Polo Club- saturday is Mary Kay day with free spa facials and lotions... Monday is curbside breakfast(doughnuts and OJ togo). Tuesday is Massage day, I got two massage therapists to come out as well as Dr. Abrams who will be giving wellness workshops on stress reduction and weight loss. Wednesday is Pot Luck dinner, and thursday is parent's night. It'll be good. I'll put in some over time for sweet pay next check! I am wearing sandals today. Flip flops, chanklas. It feels like a chankla day. I'm gonna go braid some balloons and tie 'em up. Woopwoot! I can't wait till Sifu has a daughter and subsequently a school! I heart string cheese, Ritz crackers, meat, gummi bears, peas, potatoes, corn, pizza, BANANAS!, mangoes, kiwis, fruit freezes from PhoNoodleville with tapioca pearls, oriental food, salisbury steak like in school years ago, that wierd textured gelatin stuff I got in elementary school after my salisbury steak, chocolate milk, apple juice, snickers, asparagus, broccoli and cheese casserole, fajitas, tacos, pico de gallo, cilantro, lasagna... the list goes on and on I guess. I just wanted to share that with everyone. Me and food equals happy friends. Didn't go to the gym this morning :( Work is a bitch today I learned some Balisong tricks, I got them down! Get my bonus friday: so much bigger check! Got some extra cash floating around in my account over my budget, so I'm gonna get a new prescription for contacts and then talk to a couple of doctors and get some estimates... more on that later. 	2005.04.19  11.56 aHHHHHHHHHHHH!! Dave was in the hospital last night getting his appendix removed because all of a sudden: He's got appendicitus! What? How random. Just came up. He was in great pain and agony and continued to tell me how he would not wish that on anyone. I stayed with him at the hospital right last night- good sleep, free sandwich- but I couldn't stay for today because I hadta be at work. Couldn't call out. I wish right now I had 21 Reese's peanut butter cups and I could shove them in my mouth and eat them because of their tastiness. I would probaBly throw up, but it'd be worth it. Going to the gym tonight with Christina, I hope, after class, and if not, then in the morning, but tomorrow night- I spend the last night with my sister... Christina, and we're gonna watch a movie and hang out with Dad too at his house. I was offered a job back at the Country Club. I knew they couldn't let me just leave. Heeya! I am the glue at that place. No kidding, I AM tooting my own horn. I told the GM that I would be willing to help on weekends and for large parties. I have even had members see me in public and ask when I'm coming back... (gee. didn't know i so strongly affected the lives of the club members. that's crazy talk) On the other hand, I just ate a cookie from the jar we have here and it definitely tastes like meat. It's a meat cookie. Mookie, and a glass of cilk. eww. I will never eat another one of those again. And, speaking of hand, I... um well this has nothing to do with hands. I spoke to our Sifu and he ok'd it. I want a JKD tattoo. Nevermind my tiger idea. Unless I could incorporate a tiger in some cool way, it's the JeetKuneDo symbol on my forearm, or like previously desired: on my left shoulder blade. By the way, this job is making me more 'powerful' by the day. It rocks! I know a DJ for a radio station who can hoooook me up with things, and he's gonna set up a radio spot so's I can be on the radio and promote my apartments. I love it! Everything's going great! 	2005.04.18  12.59 A feral cat, proper diction, speeding through time, getting my name changed... pictures... gosh! A LOT TO DO TODAY!!! I went to the Inosanto seminar this weekend. Cool. I met Suli, Francis Fong's Capoeira instructor. WHAT A NICE GUY! He was flippin' around and playing with me and some guys and yeah! Cool cat with some awesome talent! The seminar was fun and funny because Guru Dan is just plain funny! I didn't buy a judo gi from Eddie Camden's Tiger Academy. I did want this shirt hard though! Didn't get it. Went to the gymn this morning. Having a training partner has all ready improved my power by at least 5-10 pounds on most workouts!! You rock Kai! Tonight we are going running and then I will go by the gym to fill out for a full membership. There's a guy there who is huge nd that's all I will say about that: HUGE. Haha, I "sent" the check for my phone bill which means I told Verizon that it's in the mail, but I'll just pay it online when I feel like it... probably tomorrow or something. I have the money, just don't wanna take the time to do it today. So piss off VW! I gots lots to do at work today and my break is almost oversss!! NO! I'm gonna hang out with my sister Wednesday night and watch a movie and chill before she's gotta go back to San Antonio. Rockin! My mom's in Hawaii and she invited my sister to visit. I'm gonna call her and see if she can buy the ticket and let me pay her back for it later. GOD! Hawaii: where everything is SO much more expensive than the conjoined states, but infinitely more beautiful. I still have a vacation package for two reserved for anytime this year. All I have to do is call up and make the arrangements(and I think pay for port taxes?), and I am set. All I need to do is find someone to come with me.... Can he find a girlfriend by this summer??? By the looks of it: NO. I just went to costume curio to return the King's suit and simultaneously talk to the girl who had helped me Friday. My plan was like always: simple, forward, amusing. So I walked up to her, made some joke and laughing ensued. HERE's my chance, I took it, will she bite the bait?? Nope, she's definitely (unhappily?) married. She said it sucks. 	2005.04.15  09.53 Yipppeeeee Today I do the costume curio and stand around in a suit outside on the street. I hope it's a bear suit! "Yes, I'm in a bear suit. Yes." ZIM! I love it! Tomorrow I go to Atlanta for a Dan Inosanto seminar. I was going to pay for the whole thing just to do it, but Sifu said it's not worth it because he knows what he's going to teach and Sifu can just show us. BUT!!! The real deal is that we are going to stop by Eddie Camden's school, "Tiger Academy of Martial Arts" in Roswell, Georgia! It's gonna be so cool!! I'll meet Eddie, a monster. Oh yeah. I'll probably buy a Judo uniform from his school out of respect and because I need one. Like a hole in the head, I need one! I am soooo sore. WHOO! I mean, whoooo, I squated a good bit(290lbs) yesterday to have not squated in a while(since November). 290 is a good bit for me too, cuz I usually pull and strain my vastus medialis(inner thigh)- it's just not stretched good enough... I need more stretchins! ALL RIGHT!! My sister's sonogram was great! It's a girl, she flicked us off! The picture is soo good! She has a gargantuan head. I have decided she has a mild case of hyper cephalus!!!! Back to work!! Mood: crazy Music: that new NIN song... forgot what it's called...

	2005.04.13  16.56 My eyeses are sooo heavy I am about to pass out. At work. One more hour to go- I can't make it. My eyes keep closing. My head just nodded a couple times. I tried to eat two cookies. Aas if the sugar was going to PUSH me through the night. Yeah, right. I don't know if I'll wanna go running tonight or not. I should go just to run off my over stuffed cookie belly. Christina couldn't make cardio for this morning, so we're gonna make up for it tonight and then switch the lifting back to 5a.m. again. I hate to say it, but training her is so COOOOL! I just want to see her succeed and I want the results to motivate her and get her psyched and then she won't even need me and she'll be health savvy on her own!! That gets me excited. (incidentally) I finally am feeling a real workout soreness since I have her to force out reps for me! I haven't been sore like this for at least a year- yeah! A year ago I was working at a little gym and working this routine that was "not for the lighthearted". It wooooooped me everytime, Ted was right! Today I ate: three bowls of Antipasta, half a french loaf(long bread y'know), two pounds of macaroni, a cup of green beans, a bowl of oatmeal, four cookies(two at lunch- two at 3:30), at least a gallon and a 1/2 of water- so much of the pee peeing!! wow- oh wow, i am exhausted and don't know why?! I did want to take you out to lunch a while(s) back, but that never happened. The last I spoke with you, you had mentioned that we were in that 'awkward post-breakup stage' so seeing me wasn't cool. As such, I thought saying 'hello' here and there in your journals would remind you that I still love to read what you have to say- I still think the way you write is friggin' hilarious! I love the way you write... I just wanted to ease my way back into your trust and care. 	2005.04.11  13.49 Conflict in shcedules, conflict in schedules!!!! NO!!! Christina asked me before I left the gym today if I wanted to go see a movie tonight. "Sure," says I. Well... I forgot we are going to move Bill's private lesson to tonight and have our class after. Christina, sorry... woops. How is it every time we have a date thing planned it falls through??? She also asked me if I were going to be able to train with her longer than my two week trail period. I don't know. A few things would have to transpire: I would need to bring Handicat Nathan's because it's not fair for me to leave her alone for two or three days straight. I would have to budget whatever the monthly cost plus gas- and at the moment, that's close to feasible(especially if it means I get my results). But I would have to cut out a lot. hmm. I would need to bring a lot more clothes to the house cuz I needs the washin'. I'd really like to have a lifting partner though! AND IF YOU MADE ME PAY FOR A MONTH, you better be willing to go to the gym for whole fuggin' month -so you'd be locked in a deal! Do you really need me?? You really want me to lift with you? Chuck, how are you doing today? Is that sinking cobra hornet fist something you learned from Wing Chun Keun? That sounds cool. Is Wing Chun Keun hard? I am going to be off Thrusday so I can hang out with my little sister who is hella pregnant. We're going to get an ultrasound to find out if it's a boy or girl. PLUS! 	2005.04.08  09.31 I had a lot to say, but now it doesn't matter. I'll make it quick because there is more pressing news. I saw Jason and Emily last night while eating dinner with Sifu Johnny- they didn't see me. It was at Pho#1Vietnamese... so good! This morning while training with Kai, this huge black guy(works at the gym) walks up to me and asks, "I noticed you taking her measurements and helping her train- are you a personal trainer?" "Well," I reply, "I was going for my ACE, but never got to it. Why do you need a trainer?" (implying about a position at the gym) He mistook that and looks at me and says, "NO, I don't need a trainer, I'm the head fitness trainer here..." I felt like such an ass- I mean OBVIOUSLY he doesn't need a trainer- he's fuckin' huge! That is not at all what I meant to convey. (foot goes here- mouth) NOW THE PRESSING MATTER: CHUCK- I want everyone who may come across this to refer to my last post regarding working out with Christina, the buff fairy girl, and whatever else I posted, and then read the comment left by the anonymous "Chuck" poster. 	2005.04.07  12.41 Oh, man, this day just keeps getting bettergo to sleep before I snooze at my desk! Last night I was introduced to Angelo- a kickboxer from Peru. Ger introduced him to me and invited me to train. It was good- we trained for two hours then had to leave because the gym closed at nine o'clock. Thereafter, I went out to play basketball at Spartanburg First Baptist. There were at least thirty guys there, so we all split into teams of five with subs. There was a little devotional intermission and we all gathered around to hear about Peter walking on water. Then more basketball. Lauren (last name I should know but don't) totally bitch-ified me. MADE A FOOL OF ME! She plays serious. I had no idea. I was barely covering her and she was boxing me out and taking shots right over me. I don't know much about her, but I see she's not as 'girly' as her physique and attitude tell! I gave John a nice headbutt while diving for a loose ball. Ouch for the John I left at midnight simply because I have to get up at five a.m. to go train Christina in the gym. I got up and had to wake Christina- apparently her alarm clock doesn't know anything but 'P.M.' settings. So her alarm clock will go off at 4:50 tonight. I thought lifting at seven AM was hardcore- this ROCKS! I feel soooo good right now! I gave Kai her training log- took her weight and measurements and we gotsta working out. I am convinced that several times throughout today and most of tomorrow, thoughts of giving up will cross her mind as I train hard and MADE her train like me. SHE WILL BE EVER SO SORE!! Eat it! Then next week, I will up-it and make her go harder and which will kick ass! She'll be feeling so good about everything in one week! I almost guarantee it! That makes me feel good. OOH! There was this woman(26-30yrs?) in the gym lifting. She was pretty beefy and had those really little weightlifter breasts and really huge weightlifter thighs. She had this stare- oooh- just looked at nothing but the mirror and watched nothing else but herself. She was so focused. I was kind of focused on her too. Her focus was RockSolid- it made her hot(she looked like a fairy kinda, that's hot too). Then she walked away and didn't glance at anything, didn't look around, no smile, no bounce in her step- just focus and she walked by a mirror to the locker room and I could see her examining herself. So cool. So cute! The gym doesn't have a slant board. What kind of gym doesn't have a slant board?!?! Aww and there was this stupid ass crunch machine. IT sucked. Christina said she could feel it a little, but I had nothing. I have used every kind of ab machine known to man- this one BLEW BALLS! And I know blowin' balls, eh Chuck? 	2005.04.06  11.07 See, here we have fun- there, we have a burning desire to destroy My manager is supposed to be taking her day off today, but she promised our regional that she would be here from 9- 12 to do this book thingy. Andy(a mutual friend of ours) calls and says, "Denise is here and it looks like she won't get to you in a while." So Amy immediately calls 'her firend'. She buys pills from her 'friend'. -muscle relaxers@ $4.00 a pill.- woo- she was cursing up a storm... a storm, mind you! Right now, I can't really do any work because TheComputerWhiz 'KCAC' is doing stuff to our system. That doesn't bother me, so I am taking the time to Excel Christina a workout log and a list of all the possible answers to all the questions I assume she'll ask. I stayed in bed until 5:50am when I heard a door SLAM! And then I popped up and got dressed. I was supposed to be up at 5:00, but I knew Christina wouldn't wake up on time and I wasn't going to be the one to wake her. She needs to get that rhythm in her system- you know the 'getting out of bed' rhythm. Class was awesome last night! I free wrestled with Scott for about two minutes until I rolled him into an armbar with my legs. For a big guy, he really moves, and I am sure he has been watching some UFC's or something because he pulled a few tricks that his experience level shouldn't give him. I signed up for a trial membership at BSFC so I can go with Christina, but that means I will have to bring clothes for changing and showering at the gym which is going to require that I 'organize' my things. 	2005.04.05  12.44 Manager's a jerk but I love my job though I'm gonna be in tights and a codpiece! My manager told me last night at 5:55p.m., "Rob, are you going to be here early tomorrow?" "Aren't I always?" (It's true, I usually come into work about an hour early to setup stuffs) "I need to talk you then. It's nothing important; you're not gonna lose your job..." "Well, may I ask what it is concerning?" "Don't worry, we'll talk tomorrow" I went home last night and I could only imagine what the hell she had to say. It ended up sucking and being stupid and some stupid resident told her I said we were putting cameras in the laundry rooms and grrr. I had to fill out an employee counseling form whereas subsequent occurences of noted actions could result in termination. I lugged boxes of files down stairs to put in the back of the shop- soooo dusty! Now I'm all sneezysnotty. I get to dress up in an outfit Friday and stand out on Poinsett and wave people into the Polo Club. ONLY!! the outfit is going to incorporate something medieval which ultimately means I will be bearing ass in some tights... No one pays attention to those people on the side of the road, but I get to be one which means I won't be in the office and I WILL enjoy the sun!!! I went running last night and found this secret hidden little playground and school for midgets or something because everything there is about a foot and a half tall! Sweet, a field! I rolled a soccer ball around then did some street climbing all over the place. I racked my self on a fence rail- NO GOOD! I fell over a wall onto a pile of sticks and pine cones, thus on my shoulder I have four places that look like someone took a fistful of needles and jabbed me. After street climbing, I put my clothes in the dryer and went to the gym and stair climber-ed for about seven minutes. Thereafter to home I went to workout on my total gym- come to find out, I need to clean my house! But I was tired so, "SCREW CLEANIN'!" says I as I undress to lie down. Christina called and sounded really excited- I haven't heard that in her voice since... high school. BUT she wasn't excited about talking to me, just excited to tell me that ZOE her best friend had a crush on me in ninth grade until a week later when Kevan came along. Kai also said that her friends, with whom I played volleyball Sunday, were talking about me. She says I made an impression. Cool, can I have friends now?? I got a lot of sleep last night and woke up tired!? Why is it when you sleep for, say, three hours, you wake up rejuvenated but if you get a full nights sleep, you don't feel exhausted????
